CORONAVIRUS DELIVERY DELAYS
Whilst the majority of our deliveries are made within the time scales specified, there are still a small number of delays in some areas of the country due to the increase in parcels posted and staff shortages due to the pandemic.
With this in mind, please allow plenty of time for your parcel to arrive & understand that this is beyond our control. All our parcels are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your order, so if you haven't got it yet it's likely on it's way. You can email us for a tracking number if you're concerned.
If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 13 working days, it is considered lost by Royal Mail. Please email us for a refund. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds until after the Royal Mail cut off for delivery.

Standard delivery costs either £1.50 or £3.50 and is sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. We usually despatch same or next day, depending on the time of your order, so you can expect to receive your parcel between 4 & 6 working days from order.
If you need your parcel a little quicker, we can send it 1st Class Post - this costs £2.25 or £4.50 and you can select this option at the checkout.
Parcel costs are dependent on size & weight of your order - roughly speaking, if your order fits into a large letter then its the cheaper price, otherwise it's the more expensive one.
Unfortunately we don't offer next day delivery at the moment - however if your order is urgent please email us at email@example.com BEFORE placing it and we'll see what we can do to help.

Standard post is free for orders over £50, or you can pay for faster delivery if you like.
We don't make any money on shipping, the price you pay is a little less than the cost of posting your order. We'd love to do free delivery but its not possible for our small business at the moment. We do occasionally do free delivery offers, so follow us on facebook or sign up to our newsletter to find out when the next offer is available.
REST OF THE WORLD
Prices vary depending on your country. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail track & trace service (if available). Please be aware that items can take a couple of weeks to arrive. You will be notified of your tracking number once the item is posted.
You are responsible for checking that the item you have ordered is not subject to any customs restrictions or additional taxes or duty. We will not accept any liability for this, we are a small business and can't know each countries restrictions. If we get to the post office with your parcel & find out we cant ship, for example, soaps to the US, then we will have no choice but to cancel your order. We will, of course, let you know if this happens & you'll get a full refund. If you have any questions about international postage, please feel free to message us before placing your order.
There may be customs fees to pay in the EU as a result of Brexit – please only order if you are happy to pay these.
We accept returns on all orders, that are in an unused condition and in original packaging, except, we regret we cannot accept returns on earrings, face coverings or opened cosmetics for hygiene reasons. You can return your item to the address included in your parcel.
We check all our items carefully before sending out, so happily faulty items are rare. In the unusual circumstances that your item(s) are damaged, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are committed to helping people to reduce their single use & disposable plastic, and as such we ship all our orders in recycled cardboard boxes, using paper tape & recycled filler and tissue paper.
Sometimes we reuse boxes and packaging material that we've received - this helps keep costs down and we believe it's far better to reuse than throw away! If you'd like to definitely get a new box with your order (for example, it's a gift) then drop us an email after placing your order.
We can package up your item and send directly to the recipient if you like - add a note in the box in the cart or email after placing the order. We'll include an invoice that doesn't have prices on, just a note of who it's from - if you'd like to include a message, just let us know what to say.
