Standard delivery costs either £1.50 or £3.50, depending on your order, and is sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. We usually despatch same or next day, depending on the time of your order, so you can expect to receive your parcel between 4 & 6 working days. If you need your parcel a little quicker, we can send it 1st Class Post - this costs £4.50 (or £2.25 for a smaller order). Standard postage is free for orders over £50.
Prices will vary depending on where you live. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail track & trace service. Please be aware that items can take a couple of weeks to arrive. There may be customs fees to pay in the EU as a result of Brexit – please only order if you are happy to pay these.
We will accept most items returned to us, undamaged & in its original packaging within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns on earrings, or any soaps/deodorants/shampoo bars etc if opened. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at help@thenaughtyshrew.co.uk.
