DELIVERY UPDATE

Whilst the majority of our deliveries are made within the time scales specified, there are a small number of delays in some areas of the country due to the increase in parcels posted and staff shortages due to the pandemic.

With this in mind, there may delays to a small number of parcels arriving due to Covid-19 and social distancing measures/staff shortages with Royal Mail. This is beyond our control & we are sorry if this affects your parcel. You can read more here: Postage and Delivery

UK Postage

Standard delivery costs £3.50 and is sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. We usually despatch same or next day, depending on the time of your order, so you can expect to receive your parcel between 4 & 6 working days from order. If you need your parcel a little quicker, we can send it 1st Class Post - this costs £4.50 and you can select this option at the checkout. Standard postage is free for orders over £50, or you can pay for faster delivery if you like. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

Rest of the world

For posting to the rest of the world, we charge a flat fee of £15. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail track & trace service. Please be aware that items can take a couple of weeks to arrive.

Returns

We will accept any item returned to us, undamaged & in its original packaging within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns on earrings, or any soaps/deodorants/shampoo bars etc if opened. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at help@thenaughtyshrew.co.uk.
